  • 1/4 stick butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

  3. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Stir.
  4. Add chicken broth and pre-cooked cubed chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add rice. Simmer another 10 minutes.
  7. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

Serve and enjoy. Makes about 6 bowls.
