Only Sheltered Kids will Understand – Video of the Week

There is a group of people who often feel hidden or invisible, afraid to speak out and make their voices heard. They may have grown up in a sheltered environment and missed out on certain experiences or knowledge. These individuals may feel ashamed or fear being bullied for being different.

But it’s important to remember that there is nothing to be ashamed of. It’s time for those who have grown up sheltered to speak up loud and proud and embrace who they are. Don’t be afraid to ask for clarification when you don’t understand something, and don’t pretend to know about something or use language that doesn’t feel natural in an attempt to fit in.

As you get older, you may start to resent your sheltered upbringing and feel a desire to rebel. However, one brave way to do this is not by using curse words if they do not come naturally to you. Remember, these are just words and it’s important to be true to yourself.

So to all the people who have grown up sheltered, know that you are not alone and that it’s time to embrace your unique experiences and be proud of who you are.
